About Resize Signature
A signature image that's too large looks unprofessional in emails; one that's too small becomes blurry and unreadable in printed documents. Resize Signature lets you upload your handwritten signature scan or image and resize it to the exact dimensions needed for your use case — email signature, document inline signature, stamp-style, or high-resolution print. The tool preserves the transparent background (PNG) so your signature blends naturally over any document or email background without a white box around it. You can also choose a white background for JPEG output if your platform doesn't support transparency. Common uses: adding a signature image to email clients (Gmail, Outlook), inserting a signature into Word or Google Docs, creating a signature stamp for PDFs, and generating a high-resolution signature for legal documents.
How to use Resize Signature
Upload your signature image
Upload a photo or scan of your handwritten signature. JPG, PNG, or WebP are accepted.
Choose a preset
Select a preset: Email (300×100 px), Document (200×80 px), Stamp (150×150 px), or Large (500×200 px for high-res use).
Set background and format
Choose a transparent background (PNG) to blend over any background, or white (JPG) for platforms that don't support transparency.
