Files uploaded to PDFSpot are processed solely for the purpose of conversion. All uploaded files and converted outputs are automatically and permanently deleted from our servers within 1 hour. We do not read, analyse, share, or retain your files after deletion.

We collect minimal anonymous usage data via Google Analytics (page views, browser type, country). We do not collect personal information such as your name, email, or IP address in identifiable form. No account or login is required to use PDFSpot.
